Another round of wintry weather will pass through tomorrow with a decent chance for measurable snow. Don’t get excited though, roads will probably be okay. I hope Tulsa drivers have gotten better at driving in this type of weather given the amount of practice the last two events gave them.

With all the moisture potential anyone could have asked for when it comes to a decent amount of snowfall, this system disappointed anyone south of Bartlesville, OK. Temps at and near the surface were simply too high to produce snow which was a disappointment given the forecasts, advisories and warnings leading up to the [...] [...]

The latest graphic out of the Tulsa NWS office shows accumulations on the high end of initial snowfall forecasts. This is encouraging for those like me who want to sit around and do very little over the weekend.
