Was just looking over some data for cold core in KS later today and saw this interesting interpretation by the “Sig Tornado Parameter”, one of SPC’s experimental models.This is accurately depicting a cold core area of interest in relation to the low (with the exception of timing). Just woke up so I could take a look at radar since my lightning detectors (two stupid dogs) were going off alerting me to the approaching storms. I’ve forgotten how good the sound of distant rumbling thunder sounds in the middle of the night. My dogs think otherwise.
